工艺介绍 Process introduction

该系统为将原料破碎后再进行水洗:
1、根据原来的易磨性,软质料直接破碎后入仓待用，硬质料破碎后再进入水洗工艺2、原料破碎一般采用鄂破、圆锥破、对辊破碎。
3、硬质料水洗工艺:破碎后原料进入连续式球磨机研磨后，经永磁除铁及立环除铁，再经脱水筛筛分成成品及浆料，浆料再经榨泥机压榨成泥,脱水后的成品及压榨泥均可作陶瓷原料。

The slurry is then pressed into mud by a mud press, and the dehydrated fnished product anopressed mud can be used as ceramic raw materials.
