单体连续式球磨机适用物料:钢渣、白灰、金矿石、铝粉、石英砂、铝粉膏、赤铁矿、高铝瓷、铁精粉、萤石矿、重晶石、煤泥、碳化钨、铜矿等矿料的研磨，广泛应用于水泥、硅酸盐制品、各种矿石、原料由输送带送至球磨前端的鼓式进料器。由鼓式进料器随着球磨的运转将原料和水源源不断地送入球磨筒内,球磨筒内壁可根据原料颗粒及出浆细度选择安装高锰钢村或高铝村砖或橡胶村,同时配载高铭钢球或高铝球石作为研磨介质在球磨运转时做抛物运动对物料进行破碎和研磨成浆料，最后由出浆口溢流而出送入振筛，粗颗粒经回料带送回球磨，成品浆料送往后续工艺端。
